The beds seemed oddly small for queen size. Breakfast was fine. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping put since of our dirty clothes inside a suitcase of clean clothes which was weird. The hotel has a washer and dryer which is nice.

Overall was great. Room was clean and well taken care of. The breakfast area is smaller than should be for a busy hotel. It lacks enough chairs for family's as each table only has 2 chairs even though most tables will support 4 individuals. The staff have a hard time keeping up with the breakfast offerings as well.

Nice, convenient, safe location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfy beds & linens. Whirlpool big enough for 2 tall people!! Knocked off 1 star for 2 reasons... 1. The breakfast wasn't the best. (To be honest I love hotel breakfast and that is a highlight of any stay for me. They had several options but it wasn't well stocked and what was stocked was just... okay) 2. The pool was closed!! Wish I had known ahead of time. Despite those 2 little bumps we will definitely be back next year. We had stayed in a nearby Holiday Inn Express before and I definitely prefer the Comfort Suites. Next year I'll try to get to breakfast right at 7am!

There were 4 reasons I chose this hotel when looking for somewhere to go for our anniversary. The whirlpool tub, the breakfast, the comfortable bed and the indoor heated pool. Well, only two of those things came true. The tub was amazing and the breakfast was pretty good. The bed however was the most uncomfortable I have encountered in a hotel and the pool was most definitely NOT heated. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly but when you're looking forward to spending the day in the pool with your family and it's too cold for your 3 year old to be in for longer than 10 or 15 minutes it is extremely disappointing.
