This bank recently refused to give a black woman her money she requested to withdraw. No explanation except that they didn’t feel comfortable giving her the money. Wow!! That bank teller needs to resign ASAP!

I was just discriminated against today coming into this location! I came today to withdraw $1,500 for my deposit towards my new apartment. And I actually felt like I was a criminal or doing something wrong. The staff that was assisting me was being sneaky and whispering to another staff for several minutes showing my I’d off. I waited, and wasn’t told anything. Then she walks over as if she was suspicious and asked me to write down my s.s and date of birth . She didn’t inform me of anything going on so I asked for my ID card and debit card back! I called and spoke with the store manager Rose, she wasn’t very helpful either. She wasn’t understanding or sincere. I asked her for the cooperate number and she advised me to check through online banking. I’ve never experienced anything like this before at ANY TD BANK. Very disappointed.

My very large company uses this bank for all of it's services. Yet I can't cash a check from my company at this bank, where they do all there business. Where the check was from, without paying a fee. Unbelievable and quite disheartening that a large corporation will nickle and dime someone trying to cash a $40 check that was from this branch.
