I was referred from a church member of the owner and was told how honest and what a great man he was, and that this was definitely the place to go to for getting a vehicle! I searched online, sent a message and was given the info immediately to a sales man Stephen-Paul , I decided not to contact but just to go in person, but the response on the message was very quick! Upon getting to Rose Auto Sales I saw several vehicles that I liked, I test drove one & the salesman Stephen-Paul was a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase, checking tire pressure & pulling the car fax immediately on the ones I was interested in! I was not pressured to buy at all, it was a comfortable process which I truly needed with a purchase of this importance! They were truly about the satisfactory and happiness of the customer! I really appreciate it & they were so pleasant on price negotiations, I’ve been to some places who become rude at those points. So I thank you so much! I left super happy & I’m so excited for my adventures with my cube! Thank you so much! I will refer any one who is in the market for a vehicle to Rose Auto!!!

I'm in the market for a car for my daughter. After reading the reviews I decided to take her to look at some. The gentlemen i spoke with was so nice, great sense of humor and...HONEST. That is in itself a rare, almost never found trait at used car lots. We looked at several, test drove some and couldn't find one she liked, yet. He said he had another one but couldn't show it until Monday or Tuesday of next week. We will definitely be back to look at it and others. If your in the market for a used car, and want to deal with honest people then this is the place to go. I'd rate 10 stars if I could.

I was impressed with there honesty. For instance the piston rods that hold up the hood did not work I accepted the deal never asking them to fix it. However when I picked up the car Rose auto had replaced them. When I first showed interest in the car they said it was not ready to sell because the the owner thought maybe it was not shifting perfectly. They let me drive it and i wasn't sure. The transmission fluids and filter were changed at there expense. I drove it to Fayetteville and back and still am not sure. The point is they were open and honest about it ,and I really like the car. I'll see what happens
