The worst customer service ever. Lets start by this I went into this particular location to ship a package for next day air on 9/23/2022. The young lady told me that on 9/24/2022 my package would arrive to its location at about noon. A little background info I always ship next day air and have never had an issue at all. Why on earth did my package literally ship out on 9/25/2022 and arrive to its location on 9/26/2022. Does that sound like next day air? No now I have been trying to get a refund and these people are literally giving me the run around. I have called corporate I have read the policy I am suppose to get a full refund oh and keep in mind I paid 343 dollars for this package to be next day air. I want my money back now I paid for a service that was not honored and per ups policy this type of shipment falls under a refund. If I do not receive my money back trust and believe legal actions will be taken.

No issues, phone is busy when they open, but that's no surprise. Worth noting, as I saw it in a review here, they DO NOT do fingerprints anymore, sadly.

I had a large return to Amazon and Van was the clerk helping me with the return. He was completely annoyed with me and made me feel like I was a nuisance and wrong for having a large return. He told me I should screenshot the return codes which actually wouldn't work for what I was doing because I needed the images of the items to pair with the QR code. I was trying to do the returns as fast I could which I ended up mixing up an item and he was even more annoyed with me because of that. A line started forming which is another reason he was getting annoyed and another guest started getting annoyed with me too. He definitely did not help in that moment either. I did not make up the process of how to do the returns and treated wrong because of it. My recommendation to him is to not take it out on the customers and speak to management about the pain points of returns in hopes that they will find a better solution or add more staff to help. I am sure there are many other UPS stores that have this same issue so if there are more complaints about it may be they will fix it.

I would like to state publicly on the internet that charging $2.25 to print one sheet of paper is utterly absurd.
