Wanted to thank the Anacortes Police Department, and Officer Faber in particular, for their professionalism and integrity. Everyone I spoke to was awesome. Officer Faber was prompt, courteous, and very helpful in explaining and resolving the situation. I can’t imagine how tough their job is right now. Thanks for everything you do!

If I could give the officers a 0 I would. Completely unprofessional didn't identify themselves, did not give me their names, or an incident report #. One of the officers remarked that the reporters could press charges for assualt ,no assault occurred. Police left nothing was resolved. This occurred at Anacortes High School's rented stadium. I'll be contacting APD HR via email with video interactions of the officers, video of the alleged threat as well as AHS school administrators, the board, and the officials that were present. Officers need to be trained in de-escalation, trauma informed response and interpersonal communications.

Friendly and efficient like a small town police department should be. The team that works in the office has great customer service both on the phone and in person.

I had to call the anacortes police to find my son, that was homeless and is having seizures and the officer was so amazing, helped with getting info to my son, helping me figure out how to get him home, and they paid for a bus ticket for him to get to the next place. Above and beyond. Thank you and God bless
