Yet another package with tracking was said to have been delivered to my front door, but nothing at my door, or the neighbors addresses.....

My Priority Mail package tracking showed it was delivered to our community mailbox. No package there, no key to the package lockers. I went to the post office and the clerk took my information, including tracking number and telephone number. She told me a supervisor would call me. Three hours later I checked my mailbox again, there was what appeared to be only a package locker key in it, but there was no locker number on it. I had to try each locker until I found the one it opened. There was the missing package. No phone call came. Very poor service, yet again.

I had a problem with a delivery and called the office and talked to Jim. He was courteous and called me back after fixing my problem. In general the current staff at the office tend to be efficient and helpful and our regular mailman is excellent.

I've been shipping packages weekly through the Anacortes post office for about a year and I have yet to have a problem. Staff is always kind and helpful. During busy times there might be a line, but they do their best to get everyone taken care of. My suggestion is to go during the day, 10-11 a.m. seems to work well for me.
