Active fire hazard in your neighborhood! Savannah isn't someone who should be in a public facing position. She won't disconnect this obvious fire hazard until I hand deliver my custody docs for this repo. Wouldn't even dispatch for a look, safety third I guess :) 8.30.22 Update: Hello person who cares :) I called twice on 8/22, once at 9:21am, and again at 9:24am. I gave the address to Savannah when we spoke on the phone both times. I'd be happy to call someone else and give them the address, I'd rather not post it publicly.

Power has been out over three hours so far. No explanation why. They always say squirrel. Must’ve been one big squirrel! The amount of money that we have to pay for a service this bad! You can’t even get in to the office; must go through a drive-through lane to do business, unless they have recently gone back to fully serving the public.

They charged me a 350 dollar security deposit and then mailed the security deposit to the wrong address. Instead of taking care of the situation, they have given me the run around. I still do not have my check because the person to sign it wasn't in yet. This place is an absolute joke.
