Hello Elizabeth, We do have a lift to help people get in and out of the pool. It has a weight limit of 350lb. The lift takes a minute to move into position, so we ask that we are notified about 20mins before arrival. I hope this answers your question. Let us know if you have any other questions. You can be given a guide of the facility if you are interested in purchasing a membership. If you want to use the facility for 1 day you have to pay $8 and you have to leave at 9:30pm, no questions asked.
