It seems to be general Housing Authority policy to dodge calls and blame you for it. I've had extreme problems with Siva in prior years and this month the receptionist has gone straight to voicemail four times and not responded to any of them. I finally got a hold of her to schedule my Housing Quality Inspection (Without which I will be homeless in 2 weeks) and she had the gall to talk down to me about how late in the month I had waited to schedule. I'm not even asking her to say something nice or be immediately available. Just get back to me eventually and don't call me "boy" like I'm a child laborer in your 1900s factory.
