Unprofessional. They have regular people off the streets with no education doing case work. Waited for 7 business days for someone to return my call. They didnt find me a home the first time I was in the program. Also, the white girl "angel" can never change the fact i seen her get brutally beat up and she took it because she wants to be black that bad.

They throw you back on the streets when they can't find you another place to live because the people who work there don't have a clue. After 7 yrs of being a 'client' I'm homeless again. The most unprofessional group of people I've had the misfortune of being associated with.

I’ve been with this agency for years and they have gotten me through so much. MVHO is always there to support my kids and myself and they have went so far above and beyond what a landlord is. I have rented several units they own and all of them were amazing places to live, the people that work here actually care about their tenants too! Miss Andrea and Mr Charles have been so incredible to our family and helped us through all of our transitions. I’m so grateful to this agency!

They don't mail out applications you have to be homeless and u have to walk in there and talk to someone

I can't give you an estimate of how long the process is Im sorry because it's not section 8 or DMHA there protocol for housing Is different .... There housing is for elderly and elderly with children and people with mental instability.......... Documentation for everything is needed If you fit the profile... Than they are on W. Fifth street in Dayton Good luck
