New Drivers are unprofessional and can’t do simple tasks he leaves half of the bagged trash in barrels each week. I’ve been a 20 yr costumer never late on bill and when I called to discuss I was given the run around and was told it was my fault. Ridiculous!!!

I recently switched over to E-Z Disposal after being with WCA for 20 years...we never caused any problems for them. WCA had picked up our containers one day without warning. We come to find out we made our monthly payment to our old account number as they just redid customer's accounts. It was no fault to our own, but they wouldn't deliver them back because they said they had a backlog of others to deliver and it could take 2 weeks! Well 2 weeks turned to 4 and still nothing. I told them to cancel our account. I called up EZ Disposal and they delivered their receptical to us in a few days. Incredible service and so unfortunate we didn't do it sooner. They were so accommodating. Now we just got a letter stating WCA now owns EZ Disposal as the wonderful owner is retiring...God bless her and we wish her the best. We just wish she hadn't sold it to them as they don't care or take care of their customers as EZ Disposal. We can not go back to WCA and will have to look for another person/company that services Marshfield area.

Was told that I could not have a dumpster for no reason.. if we are the customers we should get one. After all we are the ones that pay for your service (ez disposal)
