The staff there is amazing. They take so good care of my mom. We were sad when mom had to be in a rehab. But the good news is she so much better and she gets to return back to Brookdale. Steve the director truly cares for his patience and staff. We are so blessed that we are able to have mom in a safe environment with people who cares.

Mom has been there twice Lou was great but through the changes in staff and mgmt- I must say the current ED Steve is the best decision Brookdale Fed Way has ever made - Receptionist Bing is amazing Dawn and Christina are great there are to many to mention - they have always followed through on every question or concerns- memory loss is hard on the resident but harder on the family that just doesn't understand. They go above and beyond to ease the frustrating circumstances- kitchen staff and caregivers are great especially Shannon . This year being the hardest I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE TO KITCHEN STAFF AND ALL STAFF FOR THE BEAUTIFUL THANKSGIVING MEAL that was served mom was so happy and with not being able to see her well it made it a little easier so THANK YOU TO ALL AT BROOKDALE FEDERAL WAY SINCERELY KELLY GLEASON ( SUE GLEASON) ##285
