Normally the check in volunteere are nice and welcoming. But who ever was doing it on Monday 10/28 around 1PM was rude. Ending up leaving without donating cause I didn't want to deal with her.

I also experienced a rude staff I won't be back yesterday was my 2nd visit I was hopeful that my first experience was just a off day for the staff. check in and screen process today was enough to realize that this place still sucks and got up and left. Enter with caution 3-17-18 looking for a new place to donate now.

I've donated blood & platelets there several times. I've never had any issues. Yeah every now and then if the body isn't hydrated enough. The platelet machine would have issues pulling blood. But that's about it. 5 star service 👍🏾

I donated blood with terrible staff, and it made for the worst donation I've ever experienced. To keep a very long story brief, most of the staff was extremely rude, inexperienced, and unprofessional. They did not display a clean and safe environment, or even show me a sterile needle before violently impaling me without warning and splashing blood across my body. Then, after they ultimately botched the donation, they tried to accuse and belittle me for the failure. Lastly, after politely turning down an unrelenting amount of requests for more donations, I finally explained the whole situation to the caller; she proceeded to blame me for the fiasco, and belligerently tell me it's my duty to donate more to them if I have a conscience. Those who value their time and health should consider donating elsewhere. I will never be returning.

According to the Red Cross, any blood-related cancer (leukemia, lymphoma for example) is always disqualifying. Other cancers treated and cured over 1 year ago with no recurrence would permit you to donate. They are good people there at FW. Please do donate!
