Ryan Longenecker at Joe Machens Ford in Columbia, mo is not only a considerate, knowledgeable salesman, he is a great guy who will bend over backwards to help you during your purchase and as long as you own the vehicle. He is always working to find the right vehicle at the right price for you. Normally they have a large inventory of vehicles for you to sift through so you can find the color you want with all the features you want in your new or used car or truck. Currently the inventory is lower, but they bend over backwards to find what you want if they don’t have it. My first experience with Ryan was while I was deployed to Iraq in 2006. He worked with me online to get me into the exact truck I wanted and he beat all the other sales persons I tried to work with. Since that truck, I have bought 10 more vehicles from him. In December 2011 I was in Utah for a military school and my wife called me to let me know the battery was dead on the truck. It was a cold, snowy day and she needed to drive the truck to work because her Mustang didn’t do well in snow. I called Ryan and he went to our house to get the truck started so my wife could get to work. That’s the kind of salesman he is, stand up guy who’s always working for the buyer. Trust me, if your looking to buy, call Ryan and tell him Andy sent you.
