Terrible place to live, walls incredibly thin. You will hear everything from next door, hallway, and up stairs. Management office will micromanage how you set up your patio and door and will set up construction in the morning and you will hear everything. Stay clear away.

Went and toured the apartment very nice and seems very peaceful! But the lady made me feel discouraged to finish the process with this complex. So, if you’re gonna apply make sure you are not a server!

Been here for over a year now and I had no complaints until my upstairs neighbors moved in. The walls are way too thin and I get barely any sleep. I’ve brung it to the attention of the staff and was told due to it being a “family cooperation “ theres nothing they can do about it. So I get no sleep now hopefully this changes

Great location close to I75, Great Shopping selections, Restaurants and the very best bonus for me is the Flat Rock Dam and Beautiful State Parks so close (Bike ride away). Buildings have new siding , Windows and parking is abundant and clean. I took a long drive around the Complex, Buildings are in great shape and each building has close access to Trash disposal that were large with no overflows in clean areas. Buildings halls are all carpeted and clean! Basement Washer and Dryer area is very clean with each Apartments Storage Unit. I checked the machines and all were clean (always have to check that). Grounds are modern with well kept grass. The Offices and Pool area have a large guest parking area with a walkway to the building that is picturesque with a lovely bridge. Landscaping is set up so that the pool has visibility but privacy at the same time. Very welcoming feel to it. Very reasonably priced as rents are going up very high this year everywhere! I was greeted at the door by the Assistant Manger Lisa who was very nice. General Manager Ginger was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Everything I saw gave me confidence this is the right choice for me.
