I grew up in Newton and always wondered about this place. When I turned 21 I left Newton. I am 34 now and unfortunately am disabled as well. I decided to move back to Newton for most of my family is there. To my surprise the Plaza was still there and better than I remembered. I walked in to the office and met a Woman named Karlie, the manager. After about 30 min or so I was approved for a 1 bed room at a very good monthly rate. Being on disability this is of great value to me. Karlie was and is amazing, she worked her magic for sure. Bottom line it's a great place, great price, and a great neighborhood in my eyes. Anyone who is disabled or a senior citizen will not find any better place. Trust me I tried.

Pretty good apartments for low income families. Staff are very considerate and willing to work with tenants.
