Update-They did contact me after this review and tried to help resolve the customer service issues. Terrible customer service. Went in last night and spoke to a very pleasant helpful gentleman at the front counter to check supplies of a few horse/hog panels we needed. The panels were buried under the snow so we were told to come back today so they would have a crew to unbury them and load them for us. Checked the price and quantity and there was enough and price was $12.99. Go in today and they rang up as $15.99 and all the paperwork showed $12.99. Was told that was the price NOW and that is what you will have to pay by gentleman that came to help figure out the price discrepancy. After we explained that all the paperwork we were shown the night before and even today that it did not seem right. He eventually took $2 off each panel making them $13.99 and not the price in all their books or paperwork!! Very disappointed in how they handled it.

I believe they do on Saturday. Once a month if my memory serves me. Their staff should be checked for mad cow disease. They are all brain dead!
