Was persuaded by Hazem to purchase a $1299.99 Miele vacuum after not receiving the $899.00 vacuum I had originally ordered. When it was sent to me this expensive vacuum was in a discontinued Miele vacuum box and after a few uses doesn’t work properly. I have emailed them a number of times; they acknowledged me once saying that Miele vacuums are normally completely reliable. Made out that they would help solve the issue then have completely ghosted me since. Could have bought the same cleaner through Amazon but thought I would do the right thing and support a small business. Now I do not trust More Than Vacuums at all.

Bought a Sanitair and next day found I on line for 150$ less. Took unused Sanitair back. Still waiting on our refund to credit card after 2 weeks.
