They will schedule your “urgent” appointment a week out. Call and reschedule because they’re “short staffed”. Then when it is finally time for you to go you have to stand in line because there is a row of 10 employees clearly not knowing what they are doing. Once they make you late for your appointment then it’s time for you to wait even longer until they come to you and tell you there isn’t enough time to do a filling, which is weird because there is still 30 min left till they close... so they go to reschedule you again and they are probably going to ask for your name because they obviously don’t care and didn’t bother to look.Now your rescheduled for the same time tomorrow. Where you have to pay for your entire visit even though you paid for the exam yesterday and promised the rest would be billed. So now you have to pay up front, all wrapping back around to the front desk workers having no regards for patients or any time management skills. It’s truly sad that not all the workers had the same work ethic as Dr. Ford and assistant who actually did the work. They were both super friendly and deserve credit for their awesome work.

If you want work halfway done, then have to wait 3+months for it to be finished, this is the place for you.

Hi Brannon. Unfortunately, our dental clinics do not take off braces. If you have a dentist at Denver Health or elsewhere, they should be able to help refer you to someone who can take them off. Thanks!
