FedEx is the worst shipping company on the planet. Multiple times I’ve paid for overnight and the packages arrive here at the Louisville office only to be “delayed” and not delivered. The latest one was at 11:30 am… plenty of time for them to get it out and still succeed by the promised time of 8:00pm. Did they, of course not! Whoever manages and runs this facility is clearly uninterested in doing even a halfway decent job. They leave a stain on the FedEx name. I have begun calling the corporate lines to put in complaints on this facility and would encourage others to do the same until leadership here is improved.

For fed ex call their customer service number at the location. I don't know that they will do it. They may tell you they only return them
FedEx no longer offers this at all. Your bank will probably do it.
Inside for Employees they do.
If you want it to go out today you may have better luck dropping it off, you can usually drop it off as late as 5:30 but call and ask, they are always helpful!!!
