This is my new and forever place I will be going for all my jewelry needs and repairs! I brought in my engagement ring that had lost a diamond. Anspach was the only jeweler I found that did not send out the jewelry for repairs. They do all repairs on site! I was relieved to know my beautiful ring wasn't going to get lost in the mail or something. They told me it was about a 3-4 week wait. They called me in 18 days (yes, I counted haha) and when I picked it up it was just beautiful. They cleaned it up so nice. The diamond was replaced! Very friendly staff! My new place!!!! Thank you Anspachs! The price is very reasonable too!

I can’t say enough about the customer service and attention to detail provided by Anspach’s. What first impressed me is you talk to the actual jeweler and not sales (their sales team is excellent as well!). They are top-notch jewelers who are friendly, care about their customer, and know their trade!
