My wife and I went to Glasscock Jewelry to purchase a wedding band, as well as get her engagement ring repaired and cleaned. The engagement ring was an antique and they definitely made it look great after cleaning, however the repairs made didn’t hold. After a couple weeks it needed repaired again. We were disappointed to find out that the repair work was not guaranteed and we had to pay for it a second time. When we bought the wedding band we were both understanding that if we bought the wedding band there and brought it back to be soldered it would be a complimentary service, but once again there was another charge for that. They also tried to tack another repair charge onto that bill. I would say the employees were pleasant to deal with, but the owner seemed less than excited to be there. We were thrilled with the cleaning services, but quite annoyed to be nickel and dimed on everything else. Wish I could say shopping local was ideal with jewelry, but I would have to recommend my friends and family go somewhere else.

I had to have my wedding ring cut off due to an injury. I was devastated but Glasscock Jewelry repaired it in only a week and it’s more beautiful than ever! They also said my prongs were loose and fixed it so I wouldn’t lose a diamond. Highly recommend this jeweler!
