I love it all appliances are included, central air, the staff are respectful, they have a nice computer lab, although my kids are too young they have weekly tutoring for the children. The staff also sends birthday cards to the tenants which is very thoughtful. Maintenance is QUICK, & the neighborhood is quiet literally everyone minds their own business it’s only a very few nights when people hang outside at night which ISN'T much!!! I literally have don’t have complaints with Hamilton Crossings management. however CMA (Property owners) is a COMPLETELY different story they can me misleading with their paperwork and their wording GET EVERYTHING DOCUMENTED AND SIGNED with them.
