A great facility! Carey at the Broomfield location was so helpful with getting me my unit. He made sure we found the best size for my budget and made what is usually such a mundane process, personable and fun. The units are well cleaned and the facility very secure.

My experience at Extra Space Storage, 4103 Industrial Lane, Broomfield, CO 80020 has been positive from the start. I rented units by phone from Connecticut before I started for Colorado. Carey, the store manager, made that task very easy, got me the precise types of units I wanted, promptly responded to inquiries and was concise and clear in his dealings. After coming to Colorado, I went over to the facility. I met Carey and he was in person just as helpful and willing to fulfill my requests as he was over the phone. He strikes me as a friendly person, good at what he does. Today our goods arrived by 18-wheeler. Without Carey's co-operation and willingness to accommodate us, we would have had a very awkward operation on our hands. As it was, the delivery of goods into the storage units went smoothly, quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with the service I have received from Extra Space Storage.
