One of Flatiron's employees hit my car in a company vehicle. Their corporate adjuster tried to convince me that it was my responsibility to pay for the repairs up front & expect to be reimbursed later or call my own insurance company to have them cover it. I attempted several times to contact her supervisor, but they were not professional enough to return my calls. After a week, Flatiron's insurance carrier finally contacted me. I know this has nothing to do with construction, but I would never do business with a company with such a lack of integrity.

They were spraying something on the new concrete on C470 at I-25 and it got all over my vehicle and windshield. When I called I got sent to another department and then never heard back from anyone. It’s been over three weeks now and I have even sent another email and still no response. I guess just because my vehicle is not brand new they just don’t care! Horrible customer service!
