Clark was great. He helped us every step of the way. He and Cassie were always able to answer questions quickly. The process for submitting paperwork was very easy. I would highly recommend him.

Very professional and helped me every step of the way. Clark and Cassandra are very professional and intelligent, and extremely knowledgeable and patient. No B.S approach and unlike many other firms who are only interested in your money, Clark Dray law firm cares about your case and helping you to achieve your end result. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Spoke with Clark today and he was very helpful and honest! What more could you ask of an attorney who you haven’t even retained?

Mr. Dray and Cassie were fantastic to work with! They helped me out with every question I had, allowed me to take extra time to get everything turned in, and made sure I did not miss anything! They also helped me and worked with me regarding the price for the Bankruptcy 7. I truly appreciate everything they did for me, and I would highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed!

The Law Office of Clark Daniel Dray | Nov 4, 2018

Yes, your fees can generally be paid in installments. The specifics depend on the provided legal service. For example, attorney's fees in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy need to be paid before the case is filled, but they can be paid over the time period that your case is being prepared. Estate planning cases will generally involve an initial retainer payment with the balance due at the time your documents are signed and delivered.
