Greenwood heated storage is a mediocre fill-a-box-with-your-collectibles-or-whatever facility. Their website and payment systems are pretty janky. I asked the office if the could refund me for the month seeing as they charged me for a month on the 28th, then I moved out on the 30th. The gentleman there was just like "uh our system can't do that", sure guy do your job or whatever, you're fine. But come on this doesn't seem hard to correct even if your small business is still ran on windows xp. Bro can't just be charging someone for a month for 2 days of your rent-a-closet. Unit was storing paintings and was completely undamaged.

I have been overwhelming impressed by the level of care shown by the owners and employees. They have gone above and beyond to help me and Im a very grateful customer. Facility is secure, clean, and well maintained, and they have a good variety of unit sizes- I have moved between a few as my needs have changed.

Rented a unit here. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Place seems to have great security and I have no issues leaving my stuff here.
