Wonderful customer service! Storage places so often feel sketchy and impersonal, but the two men that work the front office at A1 are so kind and flexible that it made our storage experience quite pleasant! Not to mention the best prices in town!

Really a good experience, clean, dry storage units. The process and agreement was very straight forward, no surprises at a very good price. Paul is a very genuine, warm guy who was a pleasure to do business with.

Nah, the person who had a bad experience with Paul wasn't lying. Paul spent five minutes on the phone before he got to us. He then proceeded to lose our reservation, kept claiming he "couldn't do anything about it," and kept babbling on and on about random life experiences that we clearly didn't care about. The place in general was, for lack of a better term, sketch. The elevator does not look safe at all. Really creepy, unsafe, unprofessional vibe. 0/10 would not try again (Public Storage next door is much better) Edit: Whoops, made a mistake in my review. They didn't lose our reservation-- at least not once. Nah, they lost it, changed it without telling us, then lost THAT, then acted like a lost puppy upon being confronted with these mistakes (The manager, Sean, was a big part of this). Paul bragged about working there for 15 years. I could tell they would lose our business in 15 minutes.
