I've used this location for a few years now and it is very secure, well run, and affordable - all this despite being in the core of a urban area. Kai in particular is very helpful and knowledgeable - I recently changed storage spaces and he made the process seamless and quick; very pleasant and easy to work with.

Only store your items in this storage if you don't care about them at all. This location is continuously being broken into and the management does not take any accountability whatsoever. The current manager here is one of the worst humans I've ever met, and he'll make it a point to yell at you and blame you for his own mistakes and negligence (they lost the key to our new lock after a break in and refused to call anyone to open it until the next day at which point we'd already missed our flight). I can't believe that any company would have such a terrible person managing people's belongings. He was screaming at my mother at one point. Absolutely horrible and disgusting. Rent at your own risk.
