Horrible service, took a picture from the road of my husband putting trash in our dumpster and then said they couldn’t pick up because there was a blockage 😂

It is impossible to find the site to pay your bill on line. When you enter "HBS trash pay bill", "HBS online pay" or just "HBS trash", "Doxo", "trash billing service", "Dan's trash" all come up. Tech people need to get on this.

After 21 years of service they cancelled service with a full dumpster and refused to pick up. No warning at all, leaving the business hanging. Said they couldn't pick up due to state laws but after calling the landfill they contract with, found out they are straight up lying. They are awful. This is beyond horrendous and a terrible way to treat a loyal customer of several decades.

Hi Charles, we just tried to reach out via phone call, but looks like we have a bad phone number for you. We take recycling from the Denver Area to Recycle America off Santa Fe and Recycle America north of downtown. They provide three rules that they say are a great starting point: 1) always recycle plastic bottles, cans, paper, and cardboard 2) keep food and liquid out of your recycling 3) no loose plastic bags and no bagged recyclables. Additionally, stay tuned as we are working on a plan to provide expanded recycling options in the near future!
