Roughly 1250 homes and more on the way. Good financial position. Dues are increasing in Jan by a out 360 annually as roads need attention. 500k per annum to be spent for anticipated 5 year plan. As budget needs annual vote this is to be voted on in next few weeks and then yearly. 1st dues increase in 3 years. You can contact the foundation to obtain the financials. Hope this has been helpfull
