Noe Romo is the man! He treated us fairly through the whole truck buying process. He was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and it seemed like he genuinely cared about our experience. I’d give him an A+. The dealership was busy when we stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, so it was understandable that we were there for a long time. But we also just popped in, no appointment or anything. I think every employee asked if we needed and water or snacks. Good customer service all the way around.
