Greeley Volkswagen is the closest authorized repair facility to my home. I drove from out of state, but Erin and the service department treated me like a local! I’m very happy I decided on Greeley, instead of another shop in my state, about the same distance away from me. Things worked out exceptionally well. Erin coordinated everything with me, ensuring my time was well spent; the proper technician was scheduled, and the extensive repair was performed entirely without charge, of course, since my VW is under warranty—even though it’s a 2019 model year, and the work was performed in late 2022.
