I was there a few weekends back. There was no live entertainment either Saturday or Sunday when I was there. I would recommend calling them. Their staff is amazing! :)

There are several on Hill Rd. It's the next exit north on 75 or turn right on Fenton and go a mile or so to Hill rd. This is Google maps so google it!
Hosted my mother's Memorial luncheon at Brick Street they did a wonderful job. We were seated in a somewhat private area in the main dining room. I am not sure about music.
