I actually belong to the Arvada studio but I go out of my way for Victor’s class in Broomfield. The guy is super nice, can’t stay in one place (OTF- high energy required) and he’s helpful, reminds his classes about form and to stick with it, and has great mixed music selections that motivate. I’ll second Kaitlyn as a favorite now too because she is super down to earth, isn’t robotic like some of the other trainers can be and her workouts are incredibly tough / I left incredibly sore. Shout out to this location for bringing the heat!

I have been going back and forth between different OTF locations in the North Denver metro and always love this gym! They are always accommodating, welcoming, and have great coaches.

It's overall a great gym. Decently clean and machines are operating usually fine. Only complaints are the wifi sucks and the bathrooms always smell funky.

Great question, Jeremy! The Dri Tri is a timed and competitive event and is for all fitness levels. All of the fun events that Orangetheory Fitness Broomfield offers throughout the year is one of the many reasons I love these studios so much. Orangetheory Fitness Dri-Tri If you are unfamiliar with a Dri-Tri, it’s basically an indoor triathlon so there is no swimming involved. It is both a competitive and measurable event that members of all fitness levels can participate in. It’s a great way for someone to assess their fitness ability and track progress. Orangetheory Fitness Dri-Tri Participants will Row 2000 Meters, perform 300 Reps of body weight exercises and finish with a 5K (3.1 mile) Run. Failure to execute all components of this event, as detailed in the Registration Form will be disqualified. This is a special event, please call your studio to register. Hope that's helpful Jeremy?

I’m pregnant. Can I still do the workout?

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

I have issues with (part of the body). Can I still do your workout?

Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.

Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.

Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
