I ordered online, went inside. Saw the food on the counter. Heard them call other names while my food got cold. Tried to tell them I had ordered first. Getting food 11 minutes later and it was cold. Called and was told they would remake it but they have not been open the 2 times I tried to go back.

After our DoorDash order was picked up but never delivered, I called the store for assistance. The person who answered the phone was awesome. They cancelled the order and started up a new order under UberEATS all on my behalf. When the UberEATS driver arrived to pick up the meal, Five Guys asked the driver to call me and ask if I'd like a shake for the inconvenience. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The burgers were great and the cajun fries were nice and spicy. The generous free shake helped to balance out the heat of the fries 😉. Many cheers and thanks to the team working here today.

Food is ok if you like southern style burgers and fries. Fries are over seasoned staff is professional enough to get 3 stars service and atmosphere isn't anything to write home about. THEY ARE BETTER THEN MCDONALDS AND BURGER KING
