Ordered from the app for curbside pickup and sat there for 25 minutes for them to say order complete and not bring out the order. Went inside to ask for order and proceeded to wait for another 40 minutes of asking if it was ready for them to finally get me the order after everyone else had left and gotten their orders after arriving way later than me. And it was still wrong. They also kept helping out their friends before helping out every customer in front of them.

Fast, friendly, great service. Manager came in in the morning, and saw staff was swamped. Immediately got behind till and started taking orders without asking questions to staff who are clearly busy. Manager went around refilling coffees, filling empty condiments, and greeting customers at counter when they noticed staff overwhelmed with orders. Gentleman who was cleaning the women’s bathroom, was quick, polite, and bathroom was spotless. Hot, fresh, nicely prepared food with great staff!

They gotten my order wrong plenty of times. The person at the window never gives you the sauce that you ordered and they definitely don’t automatically ask you if you would like a catch-up even if you ordered french fries. It should be automatic. Don’t be so stingy. Also take a look at what qualifies for a full thing of fries these days…. I swear I eat two or three on the way home maximum no BS
