I don’t leave negative reviews very often but felt this was needed due to having a really poor experience with multiple associates at this location. We ordered a Fridge for our rental property almost a month ago now. The delivery was supposed to take place two days after we purchased it but the delivery team showed up 5 hours before their scheduled delivery and we didn’t have anyone that could meet them within the 15 minute window they gave us. No call ahead. We rescheduled the delivery but they had to push it out a few weeks because they only deliver to the area Wednesday and Saturdays and didn’t have anything available for a few weeks. We called the day before the second scheduled delivery and they told us it was cancelled because now they only deliver on Wednesdays. I called back in to see if I could get an exception made and the lady I spoke to was very impatient from the moment She answered. Is unfortunate but that is the experience we have had so far.

JJ is by far the best customer service person we have ever encountered. He is definitely is a senior citizen and he does whatever it takes to help you. On the other hand, we encountered(or actually did not) a young female with short hair who actually HID(squatted down) behind the checkout counter near the pro center when she saw we were lost/needed help. Can't believe she expects to be paid for that. So Lowes gets a 3.

Friendly helpful employees. Store was neat clean and well organized. I went to purchase ceiling fans and easily found them with great labeling. An employee saw us walking towards the front and she offered to check us out right away. It was really nice to skip the other lines. Love the store and visit frequently
