Good trail, dog friendly. The view is excellent even in cloudy skies , you can see Seattle from the top .

Great hike with lots of well maintained trail options, and some spectacular views.

Loves the snow trail best snow trail ever warning ⚠️ though snow ❄ makes this trail very hazardous to hike more than an hour without a backpack and supplies. At the car bridge one should turn around because this trail has a hill. I also liked the overall trail but this is an exhausting snow hike in Kitsap that's relatively safe just don't hike more then you can do within a few hours. It's also easy to forget which trail you went on so bring tape to remember which one you went on last at the giant 4 way fork and the 3 way fork.

Great trail. If you’re uncomfortable with vegetation closing in, stay on the main trail. It started raining on my little hike and I got nervous about what May decide to come out of hiding. Overall, fantastic hike with ample parking at the trailhead.

For Kitsap County Parks, here is a link for park info:https://www.kitsapgov.com/parks/Pages/FindYourPark.aspx.... they list Carpenter Lake and Guillemot Cove as the only parks that do not allow dogs. .... https://www.kitsapgov.com/parks/Pages/FAQRules.aspx and for state parks such as Gold Mt. ..... green mountain is in the DNR WA state list here https://www.dnr.wa.gov/GreenMountainTahuya as they see it as a state forest. If it ever gets logged, they will list it there. If it does not get logged it will be listed as a state park at https://parks.state.wa.us/. For the northern Kitsap area you will want northern Puget sound. For Port Orchard and south near green mountain you will want southern Puget sound region. Happy hiking! Hope this helps.

Try the Gaia app? Not sure if it's on there.
I was out at Tahuya today and the parking lot had a bit of snow still. It didn't appear to be as deep on the trails though.
