The CSO is open on New Year's Eve from 7:30am to 5pm. They stop seeing people at 3pm for most services.

You can take your brother to your nearest DSHS office and he can apply for benefits. At that time an interview will be set for him and a social worker will discuss what benefits are available to him

If you get welfair. Go to their office and tell them you need your license or ID card and they'll give you a voucher and it will only cost you $5.00

No. WIC stands for Women, Infants and Children. Only pregnant or breastfeeding women qualify to receive WIC benefits. Children qualify for benefits up to age 5.
