I just spent an hour in the waiting room waiting for my 4 year olds dentist appointment and they forgot we were there! After an hour I asked how much longer it would be and they claimed they didn't see us even though we had a clear view of the door and were checked in! The bedside manner is atrocious and the wait times are absurd these people obviously do not care about their patients DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO

How could someone ever want to be a person that comes here? I tried to get an appointment but the phone reps are incredibly rude, I asked to speak to management multiple times and they outright refused. I asked for their names, no one would give it to me, so I can’t even get a more clear picture of what’s going on. This place sucks.

This place is incredibly unprofessional. Expect to wait a minimum of 3 hours for them to do actually anything. Never one time been given a proper instruction and the front desk workers actually just don't know what they're doing.

All the details on our COVID vaccine work are on the main www.pchsweb.org page. As I imagine you know, the state controls vaccine allocation and we have nowhere near the amount of vaccine to serve our patients and community at this time. However, we release appointments weekly as we get confirmation of our incoming doses and we work from a waitlist in case we have extra doses or patients who cancel.
Great question William! Patients do not need to have insurance to use our services. We welcome everyone. Certified Navigators are available to assist with applying for insurance through Washington Healthplanfinder and we also offer a sliding fee scale and payment plans. Thank you for asking.

Paul, we do not have x-ray services in our facilities, but we will refer you to x-ray facilities in the community that accept your insurance. We also do our best to connect uninsured patients with financial resources when available.
