The people here don’t know what their talking about. I had to go to three different Xfinity, just to get my questions answered. On top of that my questions was still unanswered. They don’t know nothing about ACP and the affiliations. I might have to open another account through a different internet provider just to get the $100 off a desktop or laptop. I wasted almost three hours of my life, just from driving to them, looking up on the internet about ACP, and speaking to them over the phone and it’s still not done. They need to get better people that know about this stuff.

The Xfinity company does have a "code"to retrieve messages,which can be obtained by calling customer service or going online
