I like kingsooper for the quality of the fruits and vegetables, the delicious bread from their bakery, and the number of different brands of cheese. the flowers are the best thing about the place. always fresh and at a great price.

Most of the staff here are usually unfriendly and dont like to be bothered with common pleasantries (smiles, hellos , etc...) The parking lot is often a mess and there almost always seems to be an employee smoking near the entrance. I once saw an employee drop produce on the floor and put it back for sale. If you're not into these sorts of things, I'd recommend the King Soopers on 136th & Zuni.

Just an hour ago I went to this supermarket to buy steak and some food. One of the steaks was originally priced at 24.45, and when I took it down, it was 17.66. When I went to my home and looked at the invoice, I found that the staff settled the bill at 24.45. My god, what is this operation that discriminates against Chinese people? The automatic machine pays the bill because there is a vegetable to order in, I won't call a staff member next to the old aunt, she is not willing to help me to queue up there to settle the bill

Paul: Customer “Service”? I get it, it’s a super busy Kings, but customer service needs to focus on the word “service”. Especially their associate named Paul. I always go to Kings for Western Union money transfers and I have/used discount codes from time to time. This time, Paul argued with me that there was no place to enter discount codes and didn’t even bother to look. He said, I must have been confused about using discounts before. The transfer fee is only $15, so not really a big deal. Paul was rude, and being scolded in public and accused of trying to pull a fast one, was simply humiliating. I was so embarrassed in front of all the other customers that I just left. I haven’t been back to this store since then. I’m still shell shocked. Kings needs to train their staff that manages the customer service counter. Regardless of how hectic it can get, there’s no reason to insult customers. I know how times have changed, and with short staffing and demanding customers, it can be stressful. But please, let’s keep our composure and work at making a better customer experience.
