There are Largemouth, rainbow trout, yellow perch, bluegill, carp (unfortunately), and catfish (so I was told)

Can you put a kayak on this lake? There is a boat ramp but I have only seen a kayak on it once or twice. All the information signage has been removed so there is no information about fish size limits or boating, or at least I didn't see any.

You cannot. The boat ramp is only for first responder training.

It's artificial lures and flies only. I only Fly Fish myself and have fished there. So if you're fly fishing I've had success with scuds that have flash in them. Or tiny cream colored dry flies.
