You cannot. The boat ramp is only for first responder training.
The signs are really small and only 2 that I've seen for fishing regulations, there are on either ends of the parking lot on the wood fence. I only Fly Fish and catch and release so didn't pay attention to size but I think it's 14inches or less can't keep and lures and flies only no bait. Hope that helps.
