They broke the main item that I drove 3hrs to get. No apology. Waiting on refund. Two other items that were "New" according to them were both used and completely broken. One other item that was pictures in good condition was leaking fluids and not functioning properly. I am an auction site regular and know what to expect, but overall this was by far the worst experience I have had with one of these auction sites. Will not be going back.

You don't need any code register online with credit card

bought a Dewalt power washer last week and it was advertised as unused. Took it home and assembled it. Motor works but the pump for water pressure does not. Am I able to return it for a refund or credit on my account?
