the woman in the office and the husband without people who bother those who live in the place the place is good to live but those people spend their time watching the lives of others in the place to be giving complaints and bothering people all On the day, especially for Hispanics, the Mexican maintenance man is a tremendous person who helps and knows how to do his job, but the woman in the office and her husband are bad people who annoy others, nor can visitors be received in the place because they start to bother about everything

I’ve lived in 13 states during my medical career. This place was the worst. The property manager lied to me on several matters. I subsequently learned others had the same problem. Maintenance was poor. They delivered a used refrigerator while I was away but didn’t plug it in. I strongly recommend you avoid this facility. Former tenant

We stayed in one of the Marlboro Place executive suites recently. On first arrival, we wondered if we had the right place. Some of the common areas of the building don’t fully reflect how nice the apartment is inside. Once the property manager showed us the apartment, we loved it right away. After a three-day weekend, I can say that the building is secure and very quiet and the executive suite has great amenities. It’s roomy for a studio and super close to downtown with many things within walking distance. The bed is firm but comfortable. All-in-all, Marlboro Place proved to be a surprise gem.
