Beware.....they require you to run around town sick, to get a (rapid) pcr, to even be scheduled......for 10 days later! I get the safety angle, truly, but at that point, the results are pretty meaningless for your office, if my entire household has not been in lockdown until that next available apt. I saw you all for this infection a week ago and was negative then,,,, like, is telehealth for an antibiotic not an option in the meantime? I've had lots of sinus infections before, waiting ten days is not going to turn out well. I'm not currently in urgent need, and going to urgent-care full of likely covid19 infections, just for testing (only available place that does rapid pcrs) seems bad, but especially bad if I was positive for covid19, to be sending me all over town. Just provides more routes of transmission, and shifts the community healthcare burden to facilities that are already slammed. If y'all were offering drive up rapid pcr testing in the parking lot, before seeing patients on the day of their appointment, I would fully support this policy. But it just seems like extra steps that aren't contributing to safety or provision of care.

Front desk staff were extremely rude and unkind - on my first time here I was denied my appointment and they lied to my dad when he called them … GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

They have signs everywhere saying walk in urgent care 7 days a week. But when you go in they tell you they "haven't done walk ins since pre pandemic". The girls up front were nice but they really need to update their signs.
