Phenomenal! Since when has moving 'ever' been a peaceful, quiet experience ?! Well, ... 'mine' was! These young men w/Senior Movers are literally impeccable; from their manner, dress and diligent/industrious performance. I was ... and still 'am', amazed!! "Thank you, thank you" Senior Movers ~ Your performance was sensational!

During several stressful times for our family, The Senior Movers distinguished themselves by being punctual, courteous and highly reliable. We heartily recommend them!

While calling around trying to get rates for a move come across this business. I was on hold and kept hearing the word Senior repeated over and over again on the pre recorded hold. When someone finally answered the call it dawned on me they ONLY RELOCATE senior citizens. I thought okay senior movers —meaning they know what there doing? No not at all the case. To your response .. your not transparent when a prospective client is looking at dozens of movers and your calling everyone all consecutively. One star rating for your business popping up when I was explicitly specific to what I was looking for in my search. One star rating for the long hold times. One star rating for that being a complete and utter waste of my time. Your a specialty and specific type of mover for a specific type of client. Your business should not have popped up in my search.

Follow up, The Seniors Moving gave update phone call stating the price will be actually $2700. The other company came out and completed the move, no problems or red flags, cost $800. It sure seems that seniors are taken advantage of at a time in need by The Senior Movers
I was overcharged and they didn't even pack everything up. Many things were still left in my Moms apartment. 2 closets were still full, 2 armoires were left completely full(one had a shelf broken) and were just taped up and many pictures were still left hanging on the walls. After I pointed this out to them they didn't even care. I received no answer about it and therefore no discussion of any refund for the work they didn't do. While everyone I talked to and worked with while the job was being done were polite and courteous, that still didn't make up for how I was treated when the job was completed. Or not completed, as the case may be. Unfortunately, after taking everything to my Moms new home, they had to be returned to her old home. They left so much of it in a big jumble in the living room, including piles of the moving blankets. I am physically disabled and as I tried to maneuver through the living room, I tripped and fell over the blankets.
