Where do I start, Melissa is horrible with her customer service skills and very unprofessional! She never answered my call or kept me updated about my vehicle! I literally had to track her down every step of the way! Had my car towed there at 10:30am then started calling at about 1:00 pm you can never get through so I started to get worried, I literally had to have the operator track someone down to confirm my vehicle was there, because Melissa never did! Melissa told me my car would be ready on Thursday , she never called me or kept me posted! I called the service department manager left a message and after two days when he called me back I was very disgusted with Melissa unprofessional behavior not keeping me updated having to call the dealership 55 times just to get an answer finally the manager gave me a loaner yes he did the evening before my car was ready the next day!I spent almost $3,000 at this dealership to be treated like trash, I PRAY MY CAR DOESN'T BREAKDOWN FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENTS HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR ! Melissa needs to be fired or trained she is horrible for the business. Not to mention the day I picked up the loaner vehicle she was at her desk all Getty eyed with a technician , Oh I see why the phones never get answered and you never return messages you are busy with your coworkers and not tending to the customer needs ! I left a message in Melissa’s voicemail indicating keep all my old parts I want to see them, yeah no that never happened and when I asked deer in headlights! I just wanted to get as far away from there as possible ! Lastly, how did you do an overall check of my vehicle when my headlight was out and I had a nail in my tire! All I know , it was not that way when my vehicle was towed there ! Avoid them at any cost ! In fact Jaguar of Lakeside are really customer friendly and appreciates the business, according to my fiancée he stated that’s where I’ll be going next time! It’s such a shame when we live so much closer to Troy! SMH ridiculous just ridiculous !

This is the worst place for this brand. I had quite bad experiences with this service center and the only reason I go to this place is because it's the closest one around my place

I went in for routine service and Don was my service guy and he was GREAT!!! Don was very professional and made sure that all my needs were met during my visit. My service was done ahead of a schedule so I was definitely a happy camper!!

Do not take your car to be repaired here. My 97 XJ6 had a mystery fault it would drive fine for a few miles then die, and not restart. First was a 4 hour diagnostic at $1000 which showed nothing. I then suggested replacing the coil packs after they didn't get back to me after 3 weeks, which was duly done for another $300 and to no avail. It then took another 3 weeks of calls to get a response after which I picked up the car and figured it out myself. British Jaguar would be ashamed to have any connection with this dealership.

Is shuttle service available for customer pick-up from residence to dealership to retrieve vehicle once service completed?

They have brought me my car once finished. This is before covid 19. Now after I get a car to drive. I purchased new vehicles. On use car or car in for services , not sure. I would think not ,because of covid 19. May I suggest a call to more than one Jaguar service. All dealers are not the same.

Not undetstanding your question. Have what in stocks of blue? If you are talking about cars, its best you call them. Im not a car salesperson.

Very dissatisfied with this dealership. Horrible service Do not have your vehicle diagnosed. They will over charge you for things like $357 to check for a battery and low performance code. What a joke! Especially when I told them about my battery.

MyJag is under warranty, i do not get any heat at the floor level of my 2017 XJ. I took it to Troy on two occasion and never got any satisfaction. i will never purchase a car there again!
